His experience, combined with his tertiary qualifications, enable him to make practical and accurate solutions – quickly.
People Risk Management is run by Darryl Murtha.  Darryl is a results driven senior Management Consultant
Knowledge is the key to growth of any successful business. Whilst business growth is a wonderful thing, as any business grows so too do the ‘soft target’ points.  Management need to make informed decisions and PRM can assist you with this. Before you can safeguard your business you need to know where the threats lie! Darryl’s seen first-hand, too many times, how damaging poor risk management can be. The heart break this causes to hard working business owners, with the loss of their income, the anxiety and stress, the collapse of their business and the breaking of their spirit is far too common.

Decisions based only on ‘Perception’ too often lead to ‘Deception’.

“Key to Success Workshop”

Learn the secrets of how to get clients and prospects to willingly follow your lead.

All too often people believe that selling is about ‘convincing’ the other person or ‘proving’ their point and ‘overcome objections’.  This approach makes selling more of a competition than a collaboration and can lead to a negative view of selling.

At its core selling is leadership.  People in sales roles need to influence their clients’ thinking and buying behaviour.  This view of sales leadership suits business owners and professionals who do not want to be associated with the negative image of ‘a pushy salesperson’.

Some of the key skills for sales leadership include:

• Building rapport and overcoming customer apprehension
• Understanding how to identify and communicate with different personalities
• Being able to use multiple styles of questions to uncover the clients vision and real need
• Being able to use a variety of influence style depending on the person and situation
• Being able to listen in a way that builds trust

This approach to selling replaces the warn-out sales paradigm of ‘power presentations and overcoming objections’ with one of genuine principle based leadership.

RAY HODGE

Ray Hodge.jpg

Ray Hodge’s story is nothing less than inspirational.

Obtaining 11% for math in year ten, musician by trade and growing up and working in the church for much of his earlier life, Ray began his wealth building in his mid thirties. Being new to business (and thinking he knew what he was doing), losing everything and going backwards for a number of years, he managed to get $12,000 into the bank to pay taxes for the following year. With those initial funds (that he essentially borrowed short term) he turned it into over 3 million dollars worth of property and business interests within the next few years.
Ray’s journey has been marked by a commitment to grow himself personally as he grows his wealth – congruent wealth building as he calls it. An avid reader, always being mentored by others in areas of health, spirituality, business and wealth, he is a firm believer that the best way to grow your wealth is to do it in line with who you are as a total person.
Ray’s greatest areas of success are those of business, property and a great family life. He runs a consulting and finance company that is focused on delivering exceptional Home Loans and assisting people to get ahead financially in the process of buying and financing properties. He mentors and coaches individuals and business owners, runs workshops on the topic of wealth creation, speaks to audiences regularly and is also involved in accommodation services and small property developments.  He currently lives in Brisbane Australia with his wife and four children.

” Better Outcomes”

We negotiate, influence and persuade on a daily basis. As we buy and sell, manage workers, work for supervisors and deal with clients, colleagues, suppliers, family and friends. Successful negotiation requires collaboration with others and an ability to shift perspective and gain insight into their motivations in order form a win/win agreement. While we may all be practised negotiators, we do not always get the outcomes we would like. In order to secure larger deals and better outcomes for your organisation you and your team need to be persuasive, influential and confident negotiators.
